  • Field producing (at times with multiple crews) and ability to track multiple story lines unfolding in real time

  • Client/Talent relationship management and ability to build quick and trusting relationships off camera in order to get the best on camera content.

  • Excellent at maintaining client/talent relationships long term

  • Strong communication skills to clients and team members



  • Project manages 2-6 video productions at a time

  • Communicates directly with clients regarding production logistics

  • Manages production crews and in-house post-production team

  • Evaluate shoot needs and assist with acquisition of materials needed to be prepared for shoot and post-production

  • Story produces and drafts story scripts/outlines

  • Creates shot lists

  • Coordinates all aspects of shoots

  • Hires and negotiates rates with independent contractors

  • Creates call sheets for shoots

  • Script supervises and creates detailed production notes on shoots

  • Interviews subjects (when necessary)

  • Manages clients throughout shoot day

  • Assists with set-up and breakdown wherever needed to aid in keeping shoot on time

  • Coordinates all aspects of post-production

  • Manages and executes delivery schedule to clients

  • Miscellaneous production roles as needed, including scriptwriting, bidding/pitch preparation, office management, etc.




  • Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop

  • Strong sense of creative storytelling and narrative structure

  • Ability to successfully manage multiple deadlines



  • Oversees all aspect of video editing, including story editing, light graphics animation, color correction, sound editing, and any other post-production needs to finalize video edits.

  • Media management and organization

  • Provides materials as needed to producer/client throughout post-production

  • Coordinates post-production with other internal teams

  • Manages junior editors and post-production interns

  • Miscellaneous production roles as needed, including production assistance, office management, etc.
